Terms
Who can use preptrak
preptrak is for students 13 and older. If you’re under 18, you need a parent or guardian’s permission to use it, and a parent or guardian should be the one who pays for a plan. By using preptrak you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.
Your account
One account per person. Keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. Give accurate answers when we ask about your age.
What's free
Practice questions with worked solutions, and a diagnostic for up to two courses, are free. We may change what's included for free, and we'll say so on the site when we do.
Plans and billing
A plan costs $8.49 a month for each course. It renews every month until you cancel, and each course is billed separately. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers. If we change the price, we'll email you at least 30 days before it applies to you, and you can cancel before then.
Canceling
Cancel any time from Plan & billing, or from the link in your Stripe receipt. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. Deleting your account (from your Account page) cancels any plan right away.
Refunds
If a plan isn't right for you, email privacy@preptrak.org within 7 days of your first payment for a course and we'll refund that payment in full. After that, canceling stops future charges, but we don't refund part of a month. If you were charged by mistake, tell us and we'll make it right.
The questions and your plan
Every practice question is written by preptrak and matched to the official AP course framework; none are College Board questions. We check them carefully, but mistakes happen: tell us if you find one. Study plans are study aids. They can be wrong, and they aren't a substitute for your teacher. We can't promise any particular score.
Using preptrak fairly
Don't share your account, copy or resell our questions, try to get around limits or security, or use preptrak to cheat on a real exam. We may suspend accounts that do.

AP® and Advanced Placement® are registered trademarks of College Board, which is not affiliated with and does not endorse preptrak.
Liability
preptrak is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you by email or on the site before it takes effect.
